Soon after the trade deadline passed, the Philadelphia Flyers made some roster transactions. The Flyers loaned both forward Olle Lycksell and defenseman Adam Ginning to the Lehigh Valley Phantoms.

Transaction: We have loaned forward Olle Lycksell and defenseman Adam Ginning to the @LVPhantoms (AHL).

These recent moves are not shocking as the Flyers just traded for forward Denis Gurianov from the Nashville Predators and defenseman Erik Johnson from the Buffalo Sabres. It appears that these transactions were made to make room on the roster for both Gurianov and Johnson. The Flyers next game is this Saturday at 7pm in Tampa against the Lightning, we very well may see the two new additions in the lineup.
