In his first season with the Sarnia Sting he scored amazing 29 goals and 37 assists along with 157 penalty minutes.
He fought only 4 times he was known more for a scorer than a fighter at this time.
Next year he was drafted by the Pittsburgh Penguins in 2003, going 73rd overall in the NHL Entry Draft
He stayed in Sarnia Sting for 2 more years before he got traded to the Mississauga IceDogs where he played one more season.
In the 2005-2006 season he played a couple of preseason games for Pittsburg Penguins, but he didn't make the team they sent him down to Wilkes-Barre Penguins.
He played there for 17 games and caught a bad break and got sent down to ECHL team Neeling Nailers for 6 games before he got called up again to Wilkes-Barre Penguins.

SPOTLIGHT DANIEL CARCILLO
In the season 06-07 he got traded to Phoenix Coyotes for tough guy Geroges Laraque.
Gretzky was starting to like him immediatley he he got some regular season ice time in the NHL. He played 18 games coming
up with 4 goals and 3 assists along with 78 penalty minutes.
The following season he made an awsome one, he scored 11 goals and 13 assists along with amazing 311 penalty minutes.
He also had 23 fighting majors, he highlighted Krys Barch with a one punch KO. ( one of the most beautiful KOs ive seen)
Next year he signed a 2 year deal with the Coyotes worth $850,000 per season, well deserved.
He played one more year with the Coyotes before getting traded to the Flyers for Scottie Upshall.
Last year with the Flyers he didn't get to show his skill level, in my opinien he is very underrated and can produce maybe 50-60 points a year with right linemates.
He is on his last year of his contract and should ask for a raise, sure hope we can match it.
Can't wait to watch him this season!

Daniel Carcillo was born in King City, Ontario in January 1985.
He began his proffesional playing career playing for the Milton Merchants in the OPJHL in 2001-2002. I came in with out no reputation and had alot to prove, and that he did.
He scored 15 times along with 16 assists and 162 penalty minutes.
Next season he went to Sarnia Sting in the OHL,
By now he had started making a name for himself.
