Lehigh High Valley Phantoms forward Elliot Desnoyers showed tonight his continued development and his scoring touch when he scored his 14th goal of the season.

The Phantoms were playing at home against the Hershey Bears when a backhand pass was sent from behind the net and found Desnoyers stick. While through traffic he put it past the Hershey goaltender.

The 21-year-old leftwinger has spent his entire year with the Phantoms, where he has played 39 games, has scored fourteen goals with nine assists for 23 points, and is a + 3.

He also has 14 penalty minutes. He was drafted in the 2020 NHL Entry Draft in the fifth round 135th overall.

Desnoyers will certainly become an integral part of the Flyers' offense as he develops and matures. With the Flyers in flux, it's best that he remains with the Phantoms and get as much playing time as possible for him to develop.
