Cutter Gauthier is leading the entire world in this one stat

Despite being part of Team USA's bottom 6 lineup, Gauthier has exceeded all expectations and has even led the Worlds in a particular statistic.
This is the thing I love about Cutter, he isn't afraid to shoot the puck.
In the bottom six of the lineup and still leading the Worlds is outrageous.

He has also managed to shoot the puck more times than Tyler Toffoli, who had 22 shots on goal. Gauthier's 30 shots on goal are quite impressive, especially considering the successful year Toffoli has had.
Additionally, Gauthier has scored 6 goals to date, making him second among all players at the IIHF Worlds. It seems like the Flyers made a wise decision in selecting Gauthier in their draft class, and many are eager to see him arrive in Philly.
