Flyers fan doesn't say Shoey to Gritty!

Mascots of pro sports teams can certainly make people do weird things. Whether it's taking their shirt off in front of people they've never met before or eating things they normally never do for the sake of entertainment or to win money, they always manage to get everybody going in the crowd and everyone has a good laugh.

Flyers mascot Gritty managed to do that same thing with a young Flyers fan when he went up to him and took his shoe off and decided to pour beer into it to make him drink it.


The Flyers fan appeared to be a little surprised that gritty decided to pour his beer into his shoe. After a few minutes of coaxing and even the fan getting into it, he decided to chug his beer back while still in his shoe.


After a few drops left, the fan was excited and happy he did it. You never know what will happen at any hockey game especially when the mascots get their hold of the fans.
