Carter Hart, The Flyers starting goalie has had a great season considering the state of the team was not present for today's skate and practice. The reason given was due to illness which the Flyers needed to find another goaltender to fill in for the practice as you need two.

This gave depth goaltender Felix Sandstrom some time on the ice with the Flyers and helped him get more playing time. There is no timetable for Hart's return.

The 24-year-old starting netminder has played a great many times during this season. He has played 48 games with 17 wins, 21 losses and 10 overtime losses. He currently holds goals against average of 2.96 and a save percentage of .906 with one shutout.

Rumours have been swirling that the Flyers are planning to put Carter Hart on the block for trade as the Flyers begin their new rebuilding phase.

Hart has made it clear that he would rather not be part of a rebuilding phase which means the Flyers will attempt to trade him during the summer months to get some value back.

Carter Hart has one more year remaining with his contract holding a $3.979 million cap hit.
WILL THE FLYERS TRADE CARTER HART THIS SUMMER?
