John Tortorella Speaks on Tony DeAngelo Facing a Suspension After Being Ejected

Recently the Flyers head coach John Tortorella benched defenceman Tony DeAngelo for his play in a game. DeAngelo was then demoted to the 3rd pairing of the defence core, so you would think if you were Tony DeAngelo you'd want to do everything possible to impress Tortorella to get more ice time.

Well I don't think what DeAngelo did Tuesday night will help him in anyway with Tortorella, during late in the 3rd period of last nights game between the Flyers and Lightning DeAngelo would get ejected for spearing Corey Perry in the soft spot.

Expect DeAngelo to be suspended from this and afterwards DeAngelo is going to have to work his a*s off if he wants to get out of Tortorella's dog house.
