The New York Rangers physical assets are down the trade with the trading of Ryan Reaves...

Jacob Trouba, their captain, and perhaps a player of their fourth line? After moving Ryan Reaves, the New York Rangers transformed from wolves to puppies in just two nights.  After the management team opted to bench Ryan Reaves for twenty-two straight days, his last game was on November 3, and since then, he has been sitting in the press box each night, Reaves and his agent had asked to be traded from the New York Rangers.

Due to Reaves being dealt to the Minnesota Wild, the Rangers will now be bullied without having much "protection," and they are now being played with, as was shown in their first game without Reaves, which was played against the Edmonton Oilers:

The Oilers defenseman Evan Bouchard scored twice in three minutes to cut the New York Rangers' advantage to one. Dylan Holloway then scored the game-tying goal, and with two minutes remaining in regulation, Leon Draisaitl scored the game-winning goal while mocking Rangers 'captain' Jacob Trouba.

Sadly, the Rangers and Wild won't be playing each other for the remainder of the season, but their most recent game, which took place two weeks ago, featured a brawl between Ryan Reaves and Marcus Foligno, who was playing against his new teammate for the first time and he didn't even know it!
