One of the best prospects in this year's draft scratched during the World Championship

It sure is some tough news for him. David Jiricek, one of the best prospects in this year's draft, was scratched today with Czechia in their game against Norway.

The team played with 13 forwards and 7 defensemen, but as you now know, Jiricek wasn't in the plans of his coach. Since the start of the tournament, the defenseman played 4 games, as he registered 2 points.
