The Flyers Have Sent Seven Players Packing
The Philadelphia Flyers have made some adjustments to their training camp roster, reducing it by seven players. General Manager Daniel Briere shared this news today.
Loan to Lehigh Valley AHL
The Flyers have decided to loan forwards Alexis Gendron and Zayde Wisdom, along with defensemen Mason Millman, Ethan Samson, and Will Zmolek, to the Lehigh Valley team in the American Hockey League (AHL).
Additionally, the Flyers have released defenseman Adam Karashik and goaltender Nolan Maier from their professional try-outs (PTO). Both players will now report to the Phantoms.
With these changes, the Flyers' 2023 Training Camp Roster currently consists of 44 players, including 26 forwards, 14 defensemen, and four goaltenders.
Philadelphia will be facing the Boston Bruins in their final road preseason game tonight at TD Garden at 7 p.m.
