Philadelphia Flyers Maintain Tradition, Welcoming back another former player

The Philadelphia Flyers have a longstanding tradition of embracing former players within their organization, and today's announcement only reaffirms that commitment.

Todd Fedoruk, who donned the Flyers' jersey for 268 NHL games, is set to become the new radio color commentator for the team, partnering with Tim Saunders.

Fedoruk's connection to the Flyers goes beyond his playing days. Before the pandemic, he spent three seasons calling Phantoms games, showcasing his dedication to the organization and the sport of hockey.

While an official announcement is expected later today, the Flyers' decision to bring Fedoruk into the radio booth demonstrates their ongoing effort to keep former players involved and connected to the team's legacy.

Flyers fans can look forward to hearing his insights and passion for the game as he takes on this new role for the upcoming season.
