Since suffering an injury on Saturday, January 20 in a loss to the Colorado Avalanche, the Philadelphia Flyers have greatly missed the presence and offensive spark of Owen Tippett. As the All-Star break comes to a close and the Flyers get set to take on the Florida Panthers on Tuesday, it seems that good news is on the horizon for Tippett and Flyers fans.

The Flyers held their first official team practice since the All-Star break in Hollywood, Florida on Sunday afternoon as they look to come into the second half of the season refreshed, refocused, and reset. Bringing a pleasant sight to many Flyers fans, Owen Tippett was a full participant in Sunday's practice and from John Tortorella's press conference, it seems that Tippett will be good to go for Tuesday.
After his practice, Tippett was asked about his status and overall health on the ice in his first practice in nearly two weeks. Tippett's response sounds like a great sign for the Flyers as they look to get back on track after stumbling into the break.

Although Tippett missed the final five games before the All-Star break with an injury, Tippett still had a busy week as he was signed to an eight-year, $50 million contract extension, making him a cornerstone for the franchise for years to come.
The Flyers are set to kickoff the second half of their season on Tuesday night as they take on the Florida Panthers in the sunshine state with puck drop at 7:00p.m. EST.
