NHL Forward Deletes Instagram After Being Cyber Bullied by Colorado Avalanche Fans
Minnesota Wild forward Tyson Jost, who was drafted 10th overall by the Colorado Avalanche in 2016 had a rough summer watching his former club win their first #StanleyCup in 21 years. Jost was traded from the Avalanche to the Minnesota Wild to clear cap space, in exchange for Nico Sturm who did not play a single game for the Avalanche in the playoffs.
Jost stated:
"There were definitely nights where I wasn't sleeping and going through a pretty emotional time .. Mentally, I was already dealing with some stuff and then you see [mean-spirited messages from Avalanche fans saying
'we wouldn't have won the cup if you hadn't been traded' and other vile comments], it made it worse."

"You dream of winning the Cup and then you see your best friends doing that. It was just ... a lot of tears. Just sucked."
It is unfortunate people still cyber bully through social media, and bully in general. Professional athletes deal with a lot as it is, and everybody in the world is going through their own battles.
