Another Injury Plagues The Flyers Training Camp

We have another injury to add to the laundry list of injuries at training camp. Due to his injury, Samu Tuomaala has not been sent down to Lehigh Valley yet.

While Tuomaala may not reach the NHL anytime soon due to an undisclosed injury, he is expected to report to Lehigh Valley once he is healthy.

In a training camp interview, Tortorella praised Tuomaala's performance.

It is in the video above that he can be seen working with Nick Schulz, assistant director of Player Development, and J.R. Avon.

Given the fact he's skating it isn't unlikely he reports to the AHL soon.
