Big help could be on the way for Flyers

Finally a good news for the Flyers !

Derick Brassard could be set to make a return in the lineup as soon as Wednesday against the Detroit Red Wings. The 34-year-old forward missed the last 11 games of the team due to a hip injury.


He missed a total of 26 games this season, but recorded 11 points in the 19 games he played.


He is coming back at the best time. With the trade deadline on March 21st, Brassard could interest some teams who are looking for a bottom 6 centre. He will be an unrestricted free agent this summer.

We'll know more after tomorrow's practice, but everything is pointing at a Brassard return !
