Hart was a part of a bigger blooper of the season thus far.

With Hart playing for a new contract this year, many think he will be retained by the Flyers since he is only 25 and still has many years left in the game.

However, as great as he is, he is prone to some of the worst gaffes any goaltender can make. One of the worst ones he makes is wandering out from his net and having a terrible time controlling the puck, which usually results in a goal against.

This was on full display when the Flyers were playing the Islanders in their final preseason game.

This mistake led to a complete breakdown in front of the net, as players were completely caught off guard and didn't know which way to look. It ended up as a goal by #51 Brian Pinho. These kinds of mistakes cannot happen, and if Carter Hart expects to get paid, he needs to clean up these errors and stay in his net.
