BREAKING NEWS: THE NHL IS HOSTING AN EMERGENCY MEETING RIGHT NOW
The NHL has just announced that they will be hosting an emergency board of governors meeting at (roughly 5:00PM Eastern time) on Wednesday February seventh.
This meeting is in regards to a company by the name of Sinclair Sports group who manages several streaming platforms across the NHL, some that you may have even watched games on yourself. It also includes Bally Sports Network.BREAKING: The Diamond Sports subsidiary of Sinclair Broadcast Group has skipped a $140 million debt payment
It seems as if the company is falling down, and several teams will lose streaming rights momentarily if things go down the drain:
Arizona Coyotes
Anaheim Ducks
Los Angeles Kings
Dallas Stars
St.Louis Blues
Minnesota Wild
Columbus Blue Jackets
Nashville Predators
Carolina Hurricanes
Tampa Bay Lightning
Florida Panthers
Would all lose their TV Deals, this is a true disaster.
