Veteran insider Frank Seravalli dropped a major scoop today.

Seravalli has confirmed that Paul Stastny is calling it a career after 17 seasons in the league.
"I recall Stastny mentioning retirement somewhere."

An official confirmation is expected before the upcoming season kicks off.
