Ivan Provorov decided he was done being the nice guy and decided to direct his frustration surrounding this season at the media.
When asked to evaluate his season, Provorov seemed to take this as a threat and immediately clapped back with some sarcasm.
"No matter what I say, you guys are going to give me your own grades. It doesn't matter, you're all experts in hockey, so you're going to give me all your super experienced grades. I don't think my opinion really matters to you guys."

He also went on to say that what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. Right? He finished by exercising his right to speak out. Which he is allowed and entitled to do.
"It doesn't matter what my opinion is, you all write horror stories. Doesn't matter what my opinion is. You have an opinion, I have an opinion, so, yea."
He had 9 goals and 22 assists in 79 games this season while holding a fat minus 20 rating. How would you rate his performance this season?
Just last year Provorov won the Barry Ashbee trophy as the best Flyer's defenceman. Where did the time go?
