Philadelphia has been in a weird place of recent, as big time players have been moved and a new coach has taken the reigns.

But on-ice has left something to be desired, as players have underperformed and new acquisition have big expectations from management and the fanbase, as well as themselves.
Travis Konecny and Morgan Frost are two players that are viewed as big pieces for the Flyers and understandably so, as they were drafted in expectance that they would one day help carry the torch, that was left by Claude Giroux and even Kimmo Timonen before that.
On the other end of the spectrum, Cam Atkinson has familiarity with the Flyers new bench boss, has played under the outspoken coach's tutelage in Columbus. Atkinson isn't necessarily a star, but he puts his workboots on, so to speak, each and every night.
The Flyers have a plethora of young talent and unproven talent. But should the three mentioned players find their games, it's hard to imagine the Flyers and Torts being unhappy about that.
