Flyers Future Star Player Named to USA Roster and Will be Showcased Soon

With the holiday season approaching, one line up most hockey fans are eager to read is the World Junior Championship camp roster. Yesterday Team USA released their roster which happened to feature the Flyers star prospect Cutter Gauthier.


Cutter, who was born on January 19th 2004 in the community of Skelleftea Sweden , came over to the United States and grew up in Arizona along with time in Michigan.

The left winger who also can play center is currently playing for Boston College and with The US national U18 team, his best season was in 2021-2022 while playing 54 games, he scored 34 goals, 31 assists for 65 points and was a + 33.



According to drafting scorecard he has excellent traits defensively, has a good understanding of body position and has superb offensive skill.


He went 5th overall in the 2022 NHL Entry Draft by the Flyers, and the organization has extremely high hopes for this player who will be seen in their long range plans in the near future. Flyers fans certainly have something to cheer about with this young man.
