Flyers star prospect continues to impress at World Championships.

Gauthier is showing how impressive this young man is and that he will be in the top six of this team very shortly. During the six games in this tournament, he has gone six goals and one assist.

It said at the end of the tweet that he has been compared to former Flyers forward, John LeClair. Although he might be very similar to LeClair, I feel that in today's modern age, and with the way players are being developed, he will probably be compared to Jason Robertson of the Dallas Stars.

Both players have a similar play style and frame. Robertson is a left winger at six foot three, 200 pounds. Cutter is also a left winger at 6 foot two and 190 pounds.

Both players love to score goals. Robertson was a relatively unknown player just a few years ago when he burst on the scene and had an excellent first season playing 51 games, scoring 17 goals with 28 assists for 45 points and was a + 13.

Both players have a high IQ for defensive play which will bode well for Cutter in a John Tortorella-based system.

Torts preach a defensive-minded game, where the offence will come later. Having a similar style to Robertson, it's highly likely that Gauthier will be extremely successful with the Flyers. Both have a smooth skating ability both have good sizes.

Players fans will need to see if this young man will become similar to Mr. Robertson only time will tell. Everyone should be enjoying what this young man is doing overseas.
