Guess Who Scored Their First Shorthanded Goal For The Orange and Black!
In his new, expanded roll with the Philadelphia Flyers, Travis Konecny has added killing penalties to his resume. On Tuesday night TK sniped the first short handed goal of his career on a perfect 1 on 1 hesitation move against the Blue Jackets rookie defenseman, Marcus Bjork.
Konecny caught Danill Tarasov leaning and snuck a quicker wrist shot past his left hip for his team leading 13th goal of the season. The goal was setup by Scott Laughton, who had his own short handed goal last game against the Rangers.
Hopefully the Flyers stagnant power play can takes some pointers from the PK!
