That's very weird.

Jakub Voracek has never been a sniper. But he had multiple seasons where he scored 20 or more goals with the Philadelphia Flyers.
Last year, he scored 9 goals in 53 games, which put him on a pace of 13 goals in a full 82-game campaign. However, this year, the Columbus Blue Jackets' forward succeeded to put only 5 pucks behind the opposing goaltenders. There's only 5 games left in the season...
Cam Atkinson has scored 23 goals...
With that being said, Voracek is going through his 3rd best season in terms of assists as he collected 51 since the start of the year. Overall, he has 56 points in 74 games this year.
He could join a list of 7 forwards who scored less than 8 goals but registered more than 40 assists in a year in the history of the NHL. The last player to accomplish this feat was Henrik Sedin (3 goals and 47 assists) during the 2017-18 season.
