University of Albert goaltender, Jake Bennett, had a very frightening situation on the ice last week.

As a goalie, you are used to getting drilled by pucks and just having them deflect away, but this time was different for Bennett.
As you can see in the picture below, Bennett had a close call with a shot that caused the puck to fit perfectly between the cage that protects Bennett's eyes.
Luckily for Bennett, his vision is fine and just experienced a cut and some bleeding.
He is a hockey player, though, so he was right back on the ice the next day, I'm sure.
