The Philadelphia Flyers faced off against the New York Islanders in their fifth preseason game of the year, yet again it was another Flyers loss. The Flyers have put up 5 goals in 5 preseason games so far, which is quite underwhelming. One thing that has been exciting to see despite the Flyers struggles are the Flyers young defensemen getting plenty of ice-time throughout the preseason matchup. As John Tortorella said in his latest interview ''We are going to play the kids''.

Well, sadly one of the kids got caught up in a scary situation. Egor Zamula, who stands at 6 foot 4 was sadly in the wrong place at the wrong time, when a New York Islanders player wounded up for a slapshot that went directly at Zamula's face.

Thankfully Zamula appeared okay, as he went to the locker room and came out just two minutes later and was back to playing hockey. #Hockeystrong
