It was an emotional night yesterday in Anaheim. Ryan Getzlaf played his last game in the NHL in front of his fans in the Honda Center. Before the game, the Ducks prepared a great ceremony.
But the best part of it was Teemu Selanne, who arrived in a an off-road 4x4 dune buggy customized with the Ducks' colors and the #15 of Getzlaf.
Ryan Getzlaf registered 1 assist in his 1,157th game in the NHL as the Ducks lost 6-3 against the St. Louis Blues. During his career, the 19th overall pick in 2003 registered 1019 points and won a Stanley Cup with the team.
