Despite the Philadelphia Flyers being one of the worst teams in the League, Flyers Head Coach John Tortorella made a bold decision last week to remove all ipads and devices from the bench.
Tortorella felt it was a distraction to his players and to those who would use the devices, Tortorella felt it made his players overthink plays. It seems that it may trend because the best team in the NHL has decided to follow..
Bruins following John Tortorellas footsteps and are banning IPads ''Bruce Cassidy has asked his players to focus on the pace of the game and to put the IPads down'' he belives it takes away the aspect of the game, of concenstration and on play.
We don't know if this will be a trend that other teams may also follow, but there's been coaches who have disagreed with banning the devices saying the are very beneficial for teams during games.
