The Flyers recently acquired Alexei Kolosov from the KHL and he has finally arrived in North America.
The team has decided to make Kolosov start off in the AHL as they have put Fedotov in the NHL to start.
The organization announced a few roster transactions this morning which will see Phantoms goaltender Parker Gahagen go to the ECHL so that they can make room on their roster for Kolosov.
"Additionally, Goaltender Parker Gahagen has been reassigned to Reading (ECHL). In turn, opening a roster spot for Alexei Kolosov with the Lehigh Valley Phantoms."
