Flyers Place Big Player on Injured Reserve

It was announced this morning that the Philadelphia Flyer are placing defenseman Rasmus Ristolainen on injured reserve with no timetable for his return.
Risto has missed the last few games, but not much was announced regarding his injury. This is especially hard for the Flyers with Jamie Drysdale being announced as week-to-week last night. Flyers best player Travis Konecny is also down with an injury right now.
The Flyers will definitely be thinking about call ups, and the upcoming trade deadline and ow they want to approach the rest of the season, as they hold a playoff spot right now, but how realistic is it for them to keep it with injuries to major players?
