Hathaway continues to impress Flyers management
The Flyers management are more than pleased with how Garnet Hathaway has turned out as he is a crucial part of their lineup and identity.
Hathaway is coming to the end of his first season as a Flyer and has already become a fan favorite. He has won over the Flyers fans by playing a hard nosed game and always putting the team first.Garnet Hathaway has become a valuable piece to the Flyers overall success
The 32 year-old is far from a scorer as he only has 13 points in 73 games this season but even when he does end up on the stats sheet, he is the first one to say it was thanks to his linemates the play happened.
One thing that's pretty neat about Hathaway is that he always credits somebody else for his success. He scored a big goal against the Chicago Blackhawks, and yet he credits his linemates, in particular Noah Cates - Baskow
Hathaway is made for playoff hockey and will surely be a big piece of the lineup come game 1. His energy and passion for his team is clear every time he steps on the ice.
