The Philadelphia Flyers have bounced back after an embarrassing loss to the New Jersey Devils and made a statement last night against the Florida Panthers. Flyers' general manager Chuck Fletcher will be willing to add some help to his team and it will likely have to be by moving a contract out. Philly doesn't have any salary cap space left so it will have to take a roster player going the other way to get a significant deal done. The contract that's likely on it's way out is that of Shayne Gostisbehere as it's starting to look like he might not have a place on Alain Vigneault's team. According to David Pagnotta of The Fourth Period, Columbus might be the destination for Gostisbehere. Pagnotta reports that the Blue Jackets are linked to Gostisbehere and it might even make more sense now with Seth Jones injured for the Blue Jackets. The Flyers might have to take on a heavy contract in return as he labels the Flyers having interest in Alexander Wennberg who's currently on injured reserve. Wennberg has 5 goals and 15 assists so far this season in 52 games and the 25 year old has 199 points in 410 NHL games.
