This upcoming Friday will mark just two weeks remaining until the NHL Trade Deadline on March 8. As the Flyers and many of their players continue to be involved in rumors and speculations, head coach John Tortorella has been up front and honest with his team, showing a tremendous amount of transparency during this time where so much is unknown.

So far, the Flyers who's names have been floating around and have multiple teams interested have been Nick Seeler, Sean Walker, Rasmus Ristolainen, and alternate captain Scott Laughton. The Flyers have said that they aren't going to give up guys easily, but if a deal is in place that makes sense for the process of the Flyers, they will have to consider pulling the trigger.
Head coach John Tortorella emphasized that to his players and even sat them down and explained the entire situation to them.
"I've talked to them. I want to show respect to them and not spring anything on them. The whole team knows where we stand. We always try to be transparent.»

It may not seem like a huge gesture, but in the sports world where business comes first and the human aspect seems to be taken out so many times, seeing Tortorella and the Flyers front office put their players first and remain honest and transparent is a great sign for fans to see.
With the deadline just two weeks away, will these players be moved?
