Jets head coach Rick Bowness has officially retired

The Jets were recently eliminated from the playoffs by the Colorado Avalanche in the first round of the playoffs.
News broke this morning that the Jets head coach Rick Bowness will be stepping down as head coach as he has announced his retirement.
Congratulations on a great head coaching career, Rick Bowness! 👏
Unfortunately, throughout Bowness' long career behind an NHL bench, Bowness was never able to win a Stanley Cup.
The entire hockey community wishes Bowness nothing but the best in retirement.
