BREAKING: Carter Hart officially arrested

More bombshell news was dropped on Thursday afternoon in regards to the 2018 Team Canada Hockey investigation as court documents were obtained by TSN reporter Rick Westhead that Flyers goalie Carter Hart along with four other NHL'ers were officially arrested on January 26.

"The players were arrested on Jan. 26 and their next appearance date is Feb. 5, according to the documents."


The documents state that Carter Hart along with Cal Foote, Alex Formenton, Dillon Dube, and Michael McLeod committed the crimes associated with the investigation on June 19, 2018 and were officially arrested by London, ON police on January 26, 2024.


Nothing has been proved yet and all members are currently awaiting a court trial, which could potentially not come until at least 2026. On Monday, Feb. 5 2024 at 2:00p.m. EST the Ontario Police is set to host a press conference to update the media and general public on the situation.


The press conference can be viewed on all London Police social media accounts as it will be streamed live a t 2:00p.m. EST. Hart's next court date is also scheduled for that same day.

Carter Hart's official legal team issued a statement on Tuesday afternoon, both confirming Hart has been charged and that he is innocent and they are going to fight the charges.
