Philadelphia Flyers head coach John Tortorella met with the media today. When asked about the previous games, he stated multiple times that they are "moving forward." However, he did state a few things that they need to work on from the last few games.

Torts is back behind the bench tonight and met with the media ahead of #PHIvsBOS. #LetsGoFlyers
He said that they need to move through the neutral zone cleaner and be better on puck battles. He, also, mentioned the Flyers' coverage was terrible which was clear on Thursday night when they allowed 6 goals against Toronto, and it appears to be the reason that Bobby Brink is a healthy scratch tonight. He also stated that he is excited for this pocket of games that the Flyers have coming up. In the next 6 games, these are all playoff teams and basically all know they will be in the playoffs, and they are working on their game. The Flyers could very well play any of these teams in the 1st round if they make it, except, maybe the Maple Leafs who are most likely locked into 3rd place in their division. Being that they may face most of these teams, it could show how they may fare in the 1st round. He also mentioned that the penalty kill may be struggling the last few games as it is different personnel in the back end due to injuries but that something they need to work on. However, it will be a huge boost to have John Tortorella behind the bench tonight.
