The San Jose Sharks announced that veteran Logan Couture will miss the remainder of the season with a lower body injury. Couture has been dealing with this injury all year as he suffered it during offseason workouts, and it has limited him to just 6 games played this season.

The captain is a staple for the Sharks team and has played his entire 15-year career with them. The Sharks are one of the worst teams in the league this year, so shutting Couture down and looking towards next year was a no brainer decision. Couture is on the back end of a very successful career playing in 933 games with 323 goals and 378 assists for 701 points. He will look to get back on the ice for the Sharks next season.
Get Well Soon Logan!
