The Philadelphia Flyers season is coming to an end as there is only four regular season games remaining. There will be plenty of rumors when the offseason begins but per NHL Trade Rumors, the Philadelphia Flyers could be a suitor for soon to be free agent Danton Heinen.

3 offseason suitors for Heinen
Heinen did not have a contract when the NHL season started but on October 30, 2023, he signed a one-year contract worth $775,000 with the Boston Bruins. He is having a good season, as on the year he has played in 70 games and has scored 16 goals, 19 assists for a total of 35 points, include scoring his first career hat trick on January 20th against the Montreal Canadiens. With his current contract only being for $775,000, he is likely to receive a pay increase, but this still could be a potential signing for the Flyers, especially since he's still only 28 years old and will be 29 when the next season begins. If Heinen does not sign a new contract with the Boston Bruins prior to free agency starting, then we will see if he will be in a Flyers uniform when free agency begins on July 1, 2024.
