As the Flyers move into the next phase of their rebuild process, Flyers fans begin to get acclimated with some big names coming up in the organization. From Matvei Michkov to Oliver Bonk, Denver Barkey and Samu Tuomaala, the Flyers are loaded with young talent. Another young prospect for the orange and black has been tearing it up at the NCAA level.

22-year-old center and 2019 seventh round pick Massimo Rizzo has been a scoring machine with the University of Denver this season. Traded to the Flyers from Carolina, Rizzo is in his third season with Denver and easily his having his strongest showing thus far.

Rizzo currently leads the NCAA as he has compiled 42 points in just 25 games played. Most impressive, 32 of those points have come off of assists, which leads the NCAA.
Each season with Denver, Rizzo's numbers have went up which is a promising sign when following a young prospect. Could the Flyers be seeing the NCAA's assist leader in orange and black soon?
