The Philadelphia Flyers have secured defenseman Cam York with a two-year contract worth $3.2 million, according to General Manager Daniel Briere.

During the 2022-23 season, the 22-year-old player recorded a career-high 20 points in 54 games with the Flyers, while also tallying 13 points in 20 games with the Lehigh Valley Phantoms in the AHL.

Standing at 5-foot-11 and weighing 175 pounds, the Anaheim native showcased his skills on the ice, ranking among the top defensemen in assists and scoring for the Flyers.




York brings a strong background, having excelled in college hockey and international competitions while representing the United States.
