Andrae has shown promise in the SHL in his 2021-2022 season, he put up 9 goals and 24 assists in 41 games. Who will most likely need more time to develop in the AHL, as it was only recently that Andrae made a splash moving up from Sweden's second-tier hockey league.

Andrae has the potential to be a good second-pairing defenseman and has the ability to contribute to special teams as well.
