With something that isn't good, but seems to be the new ''usual'' throughout the Flyers organization, is the management giving fans and teammate false hope by stating a player will be ready by a certain date, and that date ends up being postponed several months, Chuck Fletcher is the CEO of ''false reports''.

The Flyers revealed early on in September that one of the teams best forwards Sean Couturier, is feeling healthy and good to go for the season.
Just under two weeks later the media and fan base was informed that Couturier had a herniated disc, and him being ''healthy and good to go'' was an absolute lie.

Now, the Flyers have released the following statement:
''Sean Couturier has officially completed and underwent back surgery and is expected to miss 3-4 months minimum''.
We wish all the best to Couturier on his recovery, but what Flyers general manager Chuck Fletcher stated in his media interview should be quite concerning.
''Fletcher said today that Couturier's initial surgery has a projected 90% likelihood of a full recovery. ''
''Of course the Flyers' most important skater would end up in that 10 percent.'' Says Charlie Oconnor.
Can we trust Chuck Fletcher at this point, after all the false reports he has given?
We were already told Couturier did not need surgery, and will be ready within a month, which changed to him needing surgery, and a possibility of him missing the entire season..
