Two words come to mind when describing Radko Gudas rugged and tough. The former Flyers defenseman has been mentioned throughout the NHL as being on the move once again at the trade deadline.

Gudas has played for five different NHL organizations throughout his career. He spent Four Seasons with the Flyers. Not known for his scoring ability, Gudas amassed an impressive 73 points and had an eye-popping 355 penalty minutes during his tenure.

With the NHL trade deadline fast approaching, the Florida Panthers currently sit outside of the wild card race with 54 points. The race however is close with a 3-point gap with the final spot. Gudas is working on the final year of his deal and will offer that toughness and grit that many teams are looking for especially on their blue line. With the Flyers nipping at the wild card spots, should they take a shot and reunite with him?

The 32-year-old, who has drafted in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft from Tampa Bay was selected third round 66 picked overall. He has played 652 games, and has 33 goals, with 123 assists for 156 points. He is a + 63 and has 817 penalty minutes.
