Many issues have been linked to the Vegas Golden Knights throughout their very-little time in the national hockey league, the most that stood out was how poorly they treated veteran goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury. Fleury was in the middle of deciding between retirement OR joining a contending team, the Knights continued to trade Fleury to the Chicago Blackhawks without his consent, and Fleury sadly found out on twitter that he was traded. It took Fleury a month after he was traded to the Blackhawks to make a final decision on his retirement and he chose to play it out.

Now, the Knights and defensemen Nic Hague are no where close to a contract extension, it is not due to the fact that the defensemen is in need of a high-paying contract, it is due to the fact that it is reported that the Golden Knights management have ghosted Hague nearly all summer, leaving him without a contract meaning he will not be joining training camp. He is a ''RFA'' meaning he is restricted to only signing with the Golden Knights currently.
Hague is now taking place in OHL practices, which consist of 15-20 year old players, Hague is just a hop skip and a jump away from turning 24 years old.
Are the Knights the worst management group in the NHL? It seems so..
