Philadelphia Flyers 2024 All-Star Travis Konecny has played at an elite level all season, especially the last four games from the All-Star break. From his scoring ability to his efforts on the power kill, Konecny is solidifying himself as a franchise cornerstone. Last night's win against the Coyotes was another dominant display from Konecny, as he delivered a hit that lit the Wells Fargo Center on fire.

In the third period, Flyers center Scott Laughton delivered his second goal in as many games as he gave the Flyers their first lead of the night. While scoring the goal, Flyers All-Star Travis Konecny, delivered a big hit that sprung Laughton's goal.
Konecny's night wasn't finished as he gave the Flyers the lead for good at the end of the first period, scoring an empty net goal as time expired as the Flyers won their fourth straight game 5-3.
The 2024 All-Star had an extremely active night on Monday, recording a goal, two primary assists, seven shot attempts, a hit and a takeaway, with a +2 plus/minus as he led all forwards with time on ice.
Simply put, the Flyers would not be in playoff contention if it wasn't for Konecny's performance all season long. Not only is he having a carer year as far as stats as he will most likely end up with his first 70 point season of his career, but Konecny has been a crucial part of the locker room and the leadership.
It will be no surprise when Konecny receives a captains patch along with a contract extension on July 1.
