BREAKING: New court date revealed for 2018 WJC Team Canada members

The first ball dropped in the 2018 WJC Team Canada investigation as five members of the team appeared before a London, Ontario court on Monday morning as the next steps of the case have been revealed. Among those members is Philadelphia Flyers goalie Carter Hart, who looks like he may have played his last game as a Flyer.

On Monday morning, TSN reporter Rick Westhead revealed that the five members of the 2018 WJC Team Canada organization appeared before a London, Ontario court as the justice of the peace revealed to the legal team the next steps of the process to take,
One of the most important parts of today's information revealed that the players' next day in court will be April 30, meaning that the season for the 4 NHL players is most likely over.

"The next hearing date in the case was scheduled for Apr. 30, at which time lawyers will discuss and review disclosure in the case."

Another important piece of information revealed in the 15 minutes where the players appeared before the court, was the demands of the justice of the peace, including keeping the victims name anonymous, and that important video and audio clips obtained by London Police would be sent to players lawyers as early as today.
"The justice of the peace ordered a publication ban on the identity of the alleged victim and two witnesses in the case. Crown attorney Heather Donkers told the court that 'substantial' paper and audio evidence collected by London police in connection with the case - know as disclosure - would be sent today by courier to the players' lawyers."

A press conference is set for 2:00p.m. EST where the London Police will appear before the public and release more details involving the investigation.
