One of the most unique aspects of the NHL holding their annual Stadium Series event every season is seeing the worlds of sports collide. Seeing a hockey game inside of a football stadium is a unique site, and often times some of the NFL's biggest stars get involved.

From future NFL Hall-of-Fame running back Marshawn Lynch taking in last years game in Seattle to Super Bowl Champion head coach Doug Pederson being the honorary puck drop member in 2019, the NFL and NHL have taken center stage.

On Sunday, one NFL star who is used to rocking MetLife Stadium on Sunday's, got his first taste of NHL action this afternoon and his stellar reaction made him go viral on social media.

NFL and New York Giants star running back is one of the biggest names in football and is beloved by almost the entirety of New York. After countless interviews on Sunday and being a key ambassador for the NFL and NHL, Barkley seems to have become a huge hockey fan.

"Hockey games are lit."

Hearing someone like Barkley speak so highly of the atmosphere in a stadium where he plays every Sunday speaks to just how successful the NHL has been at hosting the Stadium Series every season.
