Are the Pittsburgh Penguins going to make a big mistake?

Some Pittsburgh Penguins fans may be thinking "Meet the new boss, same as the old boss" if Oliver-Ekmann Larsson returns to the team.

The Vancouver Canucks recently bought out the last four years of his contract at a high cost.





However, three teams, including the Penguins, are considering bringing OEL back into the fold if one of their UFA defensemen, Brian Dumoulin or Dmitry Kulikov, leaves and creates a hole in the left-shot position.

While OEL is still capable, his performance has been questionable since joining the Canucks.
