It's a Philadelphia Flyers Legends Birthday: Can You Guess Who?

Kimmo Timonen, the former NHL defenseman, is celebrating his 48th birthday today. Timonen had a prolific career in the NHL, playing for several teams such as the Nashville Predators, Philadelphia Flyers, and Chicago Blackhawks.

Timonen's smooth skating and strong defensive play earned him several accolades throughout his career, including five NHL All-Star selections and four Barry Ashbee Trophy wins as the Flyers' best defenseman.

In addition to his accomplishments on the ice, Timonen was known for his leadership and character off the ice. He was a respected veteran in the locker room and served as a role model for younger players.

After retiring from the NHL in 2015, Timonen continued to stay active in the hockey community by coaching and mentoring young players in his home country of Finland.
