Tony DeAngelo is the newest addition to the Philadelphia Flyers blue line. DeAngelo has quite thee impressive resume throughout his past seasons around the league. The 26 year-old defensemen has tallied up two 50+ point seasons in his 3 full NHL seasons, which can be compared to Ivan Provorovs 6 NHL seasons, and he has yet to sniff close to the 50 point mark.

One issue with DeAngelo and his past is a apparent attitude issue, which lead to a on-ice physical altercation with his former New York Rangers teammate, he was benched the entire season afterwards until he was traded to the Hurricanes where he then put up a fifty point performance.
DeAngelo has showed zero signs of attitude issues or anything of that sort throughout his little time with the Flyers so far, and has nearly been the opposite, he has taken accountability since day one of training camp and continued it after his first preseason game in a Flyers uniform.
DeAngelo made it clear he did not enjoy his Flyers debut and he was not happy with his play, but said the only positive thing was wearing the Flyers jersey, take a look at the full interview below.
